I recently had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for our family gathering. The rooms were clean and arranged perfectly to allow us to enjoy our time together without disturbing others. However, my previous experience was quite disappointing when I faced issues with room assignment and air conditioning problems. I wish I had a more consistent experience overall.
